•   Florida lifestyle culture and apparelWe’re looking for a Client Services & Supplier Coordinator to help bridge both sides of the business, handling customer inquiries, coordinating deliveries, and sourcing reliable supplier partners.This role is part customer service, part operations, and part relationship building.⸻🎯 What You’ll Be Responsible For1. Customer Communication (Primary Role)
•   Respond to Instagram DMs, texts, and inquiries
•   Ask the right questions to understand customer needs
•   Help customers determine material + quantity
•   Provide clear, confident quotes
•   Guide inquiries → confirmed orders⸻2. Supplier Sourcing & Coordination
•   Find and build relationships with local suppliers & haulers
•   Gather:
•   Pricing (per yard / per load)
•   Delivery availability
•   Maintain a simple supplier list
•   Coordinate logistics between customer and supplier⸻3. Order Management
•   Track leads and jobs (Google Sheet)
•   Record:
•   Customer info
•   Material / job details
